Dunhill Rollagas lighters are luxury butane cigarette lighters that feature a large roller thumbscrew for generating a spark from the flint that is used to ignite the butane gas. Several types of Rollagas lighters are available including solid precious metal models and carbon steel models. All Rollagas lighter models, including the smaller Rollagas Jr. series, require butane and a Dunhill flint in order to generate a flame. You can also adjust the size of your Rollagas flame by using the adjustment dial that is located either on the back or on the side of your lighter, depending upon the model.

Change the flint by opening the cap and then using your fingernail or a coin to pull back the latch on the top of the lighting mechanism until the flint compartment pivots out sideways. Turn the lighter on its side and shake out any remainder of the old flint. Insert a Dunhill "B" size flint and snap the compartment back into place by gently pushing it toward the gas jet.
