Launch a Web browser and type "192.168.1.1" into the address bar and then press "Enter."
Leave the user name blank and type "admin" as the password and then click "OK."
Click "Status."
Click "Wireless."

Connect the Linksys BEFW11SF to your computer using an Ethernet cable and disconnect your computer from the wireless network.

Leave the user name blank and type "admin" as the password and then click "OK."
Click "AP Mode."
Select "Wireless Repeater" and enter the MAC address of your wireless router and then click "Save Settings." The router will be restarted and the Linksys BEFW11SF will be configured as a repeater.
