The Parrot CK3100 is a Bluetooth display for wireless phones that can be mounted on the windshield of almost any vehicle. The device offers voice recognition, hands-free dialling and may be customised to work with up to three different phones. Using the Parrot Software Update Tool, new features and functionality can be added to the CK3100. This tool may be downloaded from the Parrot website, then used to update the CK3100 when the device is connected to the computer.

Go to Parrot website (See References) and navigate to the "Support & Downloads" tab. Click on "Downloads."
Click "Download" in the "Parrot Software Update Tool" box. When the download completes, run the update tool to install it.
Connect the CK3100 to the computer via the USB cable. The update tool checks for current updates and automatically downloads and applies them to the device. Disconnect the device when the updating is complete.
