Open OpenOffice Writer. Open a document by clicking "File" and "Open". Find your document and click "Open".
Click "View" and "Nonprinting Characters". Your document's view will change and you will see a series of codes indicating page breaks and other formatting.
Locate the reverse "P" symbol, which indicates a page break, at the end of the page or paragraph before the blank or other unwanted page you want to delete. Highlight the symbol with your mouse.
Press the "Backspace" or "Delete" key on your keyboard to delete the symbol and remove the page break.

TIP
You can also delete a page within a OpenOffice Writer document by highlighting the page with your mouse and pressing the "Backspace" or "Delete" key. Your document will automatically reformat.
