If you have e-mails from other e-mail providers or applications that are saved in Internet Account Files (IAF) format that you want to use in the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 application then you must import the files using the Internet Connection Wizard. When importing the files you must also select to remove or keep any duplicate e-mails that may appear during the importing process. Once complete you will be able to view all the files you imported in your Outlook 2007 inbox.

Open the Microsoft Outlook 2007 application on your computer. Click on the “File” tab from the top of the program.
Click on the “Options” tab and then click on the “Import Internet Mail Account Settings” option. The Internet Connection Wizard dialogue box will then appear on your screen.
Click on the “Next” button. Select the program on your computer that contains the IAF files that you want to import.
Click on the box next to the “Import mail” field so that it’s selected and then click on the “Next” button.
Select the option to replace any duplicate e-mail files and then click on the “Finish” button. The files will then be imported to your inbox.
