Insert your memory stick to an available computer USB port. Allow your computer to register and read the device. In the event the memory stick is not recognised, connect it to a secondary USB port.
Locate the file in question. A typical method is by launching "My Computer" through the desktop or Start menu shortcut. Right-click the file and click "Copy" from the context menu available.
