Press the "Menu" button on your remote and use the arrow pad on the remote to select "Option." Press "Enter."
Use the arrow pad to select "Initial Setting." Press "Enter."
Select "Yes." Press "Enter." The TV turns off and resets itself to factory defaults.

Instead of "Initial Settings," in Step 2, you might need to choose "Reset" or "Factory Settings," depending on the TV you own.
